Key Responsibilities
Surface Preparation: Cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, removing old paint, and repairing walls with putty or plaster.
Application: Applying paint, stain, varnish, enamel, or lacquer using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Safety & Protection: Covering surfaces with drop cloths, setting up scaffolding/ladders, and following safety guidelines for handling materials.
Material Management: Calculating, mixing, and matching colors; selecting appropriate materials, and managing inventory.
Cleaning: Cleaning equipment, spray nozzles, and the workspace after projects.

Technical Skill: Experience with various tools (sprayers, rollers) and knowledge of painting techniques.
