Job Title: Office Assistant
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling routine office tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining an efficient and well-organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Maintain and update office records, documents, and databases
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars
Greet and attend to visitors in a professional manner
Support staff with various tasks and projects as assigned
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and functional
Requirements:
Minimum of a secondary school certificate or equivalent (OND is an added advantage)
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
