Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Care Representative to provide excellent service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, or in person
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Meet performance targets such as response time and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum of a secondary school certificate or equivalent (OND/HND/BSc is an advantage)
Proven experience in customer service or a related role is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service tools
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM systems or customer support software

Work Environment:
This role typically operates in an office or call center environment and may require working in shifts, including weekends or holidays, depending on business needs.
